Also do not go shopping while you are hungry. This is one of the worst times to go shopping for groceries. You will be more likely to purchase snacks that are not part of your diet. Or even grab a snack on the go that you can eat in the car on the way home.
Set goals, that’s right set goals. How can you get somewhere with out knowing where you are going. Not only set goals but set realistic goals, ones that will not be too unattainable. For example you don’t want to set your goal to loose 25 lbs in one week. Lets say you want to loose 30 lbs, instead of saying you want to loose 30 lbs in 3 weeks how about make it 6 weeks. Set your goal to loose 5 lbs a week this will make the task a lot simpler and easy to follow the program that you choose. Goal setting is important for many things in life. You would not start a business without having a business plan which is a set of goals, or start saving money without having a budget which like a business plan is a set of goals. Stick to your goals, but if you go off path don’t beat yourself up to much, just reset or re-adjust your future goals.
