What makes this product a good buy is that it suits the needs of any person… someone who is new to working out and also someone who is looking for a good demanding workout.
This exercise bike features 18 programmes and you can alternate among them to get the best possible results. Though the chest strap is not a part of the product, it is a good investment because they provide a better reading than the hand grips which are more often than not- faulty. Besides, your wrist’s pulse can often be weak while your heart is still pumping hard. That’s exactly why a chest strap is a better idea. The LCD screen included with the Bremshey Cardio Control ER Recumbent bike is nice enough but it could have been positioned another way.
