Recumbent Upright Bike: Relaxing and Great Way to Exercise

Recumbent bikes are a type of exercising bike that provide the professional athletes and the other normal people with different levels of workout procedures to help them tone their body. There are various types of recumbent bikes available in the market which has been manufactured by many different companies. They are as follows - Life Fitness R9i, Nautilus NR 3000, Vision Fitness R2250 HRT, Carl Lewis EMR 17, etc.

The Life Fitness R9i has an eddy-current braking system with a flywheel mass of 11 kg. The recumbent bike also includes 19 training programmes and 20 levels of adjustable resistance. The bike has dimensions of 142 x 66 x 122 cm and includes ergo-meter and pulse measurement options. The bike can take a maximum load of 180kg. The Nautilus NR 3000 is also a recumbent bike that has a magnetic resistance braking system and includes 8 different training programmes. The bike includes a LCD display screen which displays velocity meter, calorie loss, time, ergo-meter and measures pulse of the user. It has dimensions of 142 x 66 x 111 cm and can carry a maximum load of 135kg.

The Vision Fitness R2250 HRT also has a magnetic resistance type of braking system with a flywheel mass of 11 kg. The LCD display screen of the recumbent bike exhibit velocity meter, time, calorie loss and pulse measurement of the user. It can take a maximum load of 140 kg and has dimensions of 163 x 66 x 135 cm.

The Carl Lewis EMR 17 has magnetic resistance braking system with 8 levels of adjustable resistance. With dimensions of 165 x 66 x 96 cm the recumbent bike has a flywheel mass of 6 kg and can take a maximum user load of 150 kg.
